Refund of the purchase price or exchange for another product is possible. In either case, the amount of money returned or product replaced will be for the cost of the product only - shipping costs are excluded. Return procedure:

Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories, with no damage to packaging, scratches or signs of use. They must be in the same condition as when received, with no damage or defects, except for hidden defects or those already reported to us. If we have included a gift with the product, this must also be returned.
It is important to note that cosmetic products cannot be returned. On one hand, this is due to the fact that the shelf life of these products is calculated from the first opening of the packaging and, on the other hand, the content can be changed by an external influence, viruses can be transmitted, etc.
Only for products returned in the same condition as delivered will be returned the whole amount. However, if the returned product is damaged or in a condition that reduces the value of the product, we have the right to deduct part of the refunded amount.
If a customer wishes to exchange a product for another, the new product will be sent as soon as possible, provided it is in stock.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return if the customer makes repeated returns and if the returned products are not in the appropriate condition or are cosmetic products that could be opened and altered by the customers.
